    Your Token (electronic security device) does not require updating. Therefore you should never accept or allow updates

    Remember that management of users who access Internet Banking is the master user's responsibility

    Beware: Banco MUFG Brasil S.A. never sends e-mails or text messages and does not make calls asking for passwords, access codes or Security Token codes

Use of the Security Token

HOW DO I DEACTIVATE THE SECURITY TOKEN?

If you are unable to use the Security Token (due to loss, breakage, theft, dead battery, etc.), you must request to the Master user to disable the device. If you are the Master user, just make a direct request to Internet Banking Service Center by phone at (55 + 11) 3268-0308.

CAN THE MASTER USER DISABLE AN OPERATOR USER'S SECURITY TOKEN?

Yes. The Master user has permission to disable any Operator user's Security Token.

IF THE SECURITY TOKEN IS DISABLED OR AWAITING SHIPMENT, CAN INTERNET BANKING STILL BE ACCESSED?

No. However, while waiting for the physical token delivery and with the permission of the company, you may associate an electronic/virtual token to your user in order to access the Internet Banking.

How to access Internet Banking, step by step:


  • Phase 1

    Username and Password: To access Internet Banking, enter your username and electronic password. Proceed to the next step. This access data should be registered directly with the manager.

  • Phase 2

    The Security Token is an electronic security device that provides even more protection and security for transactions carried out using Internet Banking.

    Synchronizing the Security Token.


    • All electronic devices (physical Token, virtual token) has a unique serial number that confirms whether the device corresponds to your user. Please check this information before continuing the process. For e-CPF, the synchronization process described below is not necessary.
    • To synchronize your Security Token, you must enter the Password 1 and Password 2 fields, using the two six-digit sequences generated by the device. After entering them, you just need to confirm.
    • If 3 (three) invalid synchronization attempts are made, the Security Token will be blocked for 1 (one) day and a new synchronization should be done on the next day.
    • If the message "Invalid Password" appears when you enter the number sequence on your Security Token, return to the first step and once again enter your username and password.

  • Phase 3

    Upon completing synchronization of the Security Token, you will be automatically sent to the Banco MUFG Brasil S.A. Internet Banking start page.
